QA/QC ENGINEER (Contract)

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Elmina, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

As part of our continued growth and involvement in major data centre infrastructure projects for global technology companies, we are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our project team and ensure that all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project's QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and quality documentation.
• Ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, project requirements and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and project teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Review and verify drawings, material submissions, method statements, inspection requests and other technical documents from a quality perspective.
• Monitor the implementation of quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Job requirements

• Relevant QA/QC, engineering or industry certifications.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction, M&E, ICT infrastructure, ELV, structured cabling or related projects.
• Good understanding of QA/QC processes, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection procedures, testing requirements and quality documentation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage but is not mandatory
• Possess own transport.
