QA/QC Engineer – Data Centre / M&E (Johor)

EI Power Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our project team for data centre and M&E projects in Johor.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for M&E and construction works.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Monitor site activities and identify defects, quality issues, and non-conformances.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure NCRs are properly closed.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients on quality matters.
• Check materials and workmanship against approved specifications and submissions.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover.
• Support project quality procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QA/QC or project experience.
• Experience in M&E, construction, industrial or data centre projects is welcome.
• Experience with ITP, WIR, MIR, NCR, inspection checklists, material submissions, testing & commissioning, and project handover documentation will be an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with site inspection and quality documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be based in Johor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
