QAQC Engineer / M&E Engineer / Contract Executive

1. QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform the following to ensure that products, materials, and construction projects meet strict industry standards, contract specifications, and safety regulations:

• Perform daily on-site or off-site visual checks and structural, mechanical, or electrical tests (such as slump tests for concrete or weld inspections).;

• Verify that all work follows approved method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and engineering drawings;

• Maintain logs of test results, material certificates, calibration records, and inspection requests;

• Issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage corrective actions when substandard work or materials appear.;

• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate with external consultants or clients during official evaluations;

• Ensure proper implementation of the Company’s Quality Management System when performing job responsibilities.;

• Carry out other works as necessary or as instructed by the Company in relation to QAQC;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• 2 to 5 years of general engineering background with specific hands-on quality control or materials testing experience.

• Strong attention to detail, knowledge of international codes (ISO, ASTM, ASME, etc.), and clear communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

• Pro-active and with high level of self-motivation.

• Able to work under pressure and multitasking.

• Persistent, confident and good team player.

• Adhere to, implement and promote Company procedures, rules and quality management system.

• Computer literate.

2. M&E Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings and work with architects to integrate M&E systems into building plans without clashes;

• Inspect daily construction and installation work to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and approved specifications;

• Lead system tests for HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire safety to verify proper operation before project handover;

-Track project timelines, handle budget estimates, review bills of quantities, and manage subcontractors;

• Identify site defects or technical issues and coordinate prompt corrective or rectification actions.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

• 2-5 years of experience in M&E Engineering responsibilities in construction industry.

• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

• Pro-active and with high level of self-motivation.

• Able to work under pressure and multitasking.

• Persistent, confident and good team player.

• Adhere to, implement and promote Company procedures, rules and quality management system.

• Computer literate.

3. Contract Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Contract administration including procurements, preparation of letter of awards, prepare, monitor and control project budgets, site work evaluation, prepare claims, payments and settlement of final accounts;

• Solve contractual issues and ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are adhere to;

• Carry out other duties and responsibilities relating to contract administration as instructed by the Project Manager or his assigned personnel.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying/Contract Execution.

• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

• Pro-active and with high level of self-motivation.

• Able to work under pressure and multitasking.

• Persistent, confident and good team player.

• Adhere to, implement and promote Company procedures, rules and quality management system.

• Computer literate.
