Hiring For - QA/QC-Mechanical

We are looking for a QA/QC should have NDT Level 2 Certification in QA.

Job Location – BARC Tarapur.

Designation – QA/QC

Salary – CTC

 Co-ordinate and supervise QA/NDT inspector on project site and on QA technical matters.

 Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

 Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality.

 Prepare, Review and approval for release of weld inspection documents and reports, radiographs, ultrasonic testing records.

 Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues, in coordination with Client / Site Engineer.

 Ensure that Project is maintaining accurate and calibrated inspection tools and equipment for consistent measurements of operation of the inspection and testing system.

 Ensure that the materials are kept in proper condition with safety.

 Ensure that the work is carried out as per approved procedures

 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

 Undertaking Quality check on inward material.

 Arranging the activities like welder’s qualification test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
