Job Duties

• Perform inspections and quality control activities for MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards.
• Review inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, material submittals, method statements, and inspection records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities to verify work quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company quality management systems and project requirements.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, maintain quality records, and support project handover and close-out activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, MEP construction, or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
