QA/QC Engineer - Piling Industry

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) management systems.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including developing audit programs and supporting the company’s risk management framework.
• Collaborate with site teams and departments to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all project operations.
• Deliver ISO-related training and awareness sessions to staffs.
• Manage documentation control, ensuring that all quality procedures, manuals, and work instructions are up-to-date and comply with established standards.
• Maintain up-to-date quality records and ensure timely reviews and updates to critical documents such as forms and logs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless documentation flow, proper version control, and that all necessary quality protocols are followed across the organization.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Lead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives by ensuring compliance with corporate sustainability and ethical standards.
• Conduct ESG assessments and audits, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring that best practices are integrated across the company.
• Prepare ESG reports for management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest ESG trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS) - ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 37001 management systems (preferably in the construction industry), and ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and ESG initiatives.
• Experience as Management Representative & Experience in ESG compliance.
• Good understanding of internal auditing and ISO compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across different levels of the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
