QA/QC Engineer - Water Infra

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
• Inspect water infrastructure works, including pipelines, pumping stations, drainage and related civil works.
• Review drawings, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and quality records.
• Monitor material testing, pipeline installation, pressure testing, and related quality tests.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Follow up on corrective actions and close out non-conformities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in QA/QC for water infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Knowledge of water pipelines, pumping stations, and associated civil works.
• Experience with ITPs, method statements, material approvals, inspections, and NCRs.
• Good knowledge of construction quality standards and documentation.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Background: Candidates from civil infrastructure contractors involved in water transmission, distribution networks, pump stations, and utility projects.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
