QA/QC Executive

About the role

The QA/QC Executive will support the company's food safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements across its food manufacturing and meat-processing operations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the company's FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, records, SOPs and procedures required for FSSC 22000.
• Coordinate and prepare for internal, external, surveillance and certification audits.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits, non-conformities and operational findings.
• Maintain and manage requirements relating to MUIS Halal certification.
• Ensure ingredients, suppliers, processes, storage and production practices comply with applicable Halal requirements.
• Support bizSAFE requirements and workplace safety documentation.
• Conduct routine QA/QC inspections of production, processing, storage, hygiene and sanitation.
• Monitor GMP, food safety, temperature control, traceability and product quality.
• Investigate customer complaints and product-quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management or related discipline.
• Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing or central-kitchen operations preferred.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and food-safety systems.
• Knowledge of MUIS Halal requirements is highly advantageous.
• Audit and certification experience is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate directly with production and management.
