QAQC Executive

Responsibility

• Implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management Systems i.e. GMP, HACCP
• Conduct incoming and outgoing product inspection
• Monitor pest control management, maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the production and operation area
• Establish cleaning and sanitation method for machine and equipment
• Establish and update process flow chart, procedures, work instructions and product specification
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaint, non-conformity in process and product
• Verify effectiveness of traceability system
• Conduct Food Safety related training
• Handle customer audit and third-party audit
• Provide Halal cert and prepare CoA for customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Food Safety, QA/QC, or food manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
• Knowledge of Halal requirements; Halal Executive Training is an added advantage.
• Experience in audit, traceability, RCA, CAPA, and food safety documentation.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a food manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
