QAQC Executive

Responsibilities:

·       Train, develop, and motivate subordinates to build a committed, responsible QAQC team that supports the department's objectives.

·       Maintained accurate operation records for certifications, traceability documentation, and audit trails to ensure compliance with quality standards requirement.

·       Assist in conducting internal quality audits in accordance with the Internal Audit Procedure.

·       Monitor calibration of analytical equipment and the validation program to ensure compliance with standards.

·       Ensure the implementation of an efficient and effective quality control system aligned with company standards.

·       Lead and continuously improve 5S & GMP activities to boost productivity and achieve quality objectives.

·       Involved in daily operations, including quality inspection of incoming materials, print quality verification, and monitoring of the forming process to ensure compliance with quality standards.

·       Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points, and establishing corrective and preventive measures.

·       Plan and improve production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize product quality.

·       Coordinate with department heads and team members to implement quality improvement projects and ensure effective label management and batch number control.

·       Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality matters, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of quality issues.

·       Resolve customer complaints by implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of non-conforming products.

·       Conduct analysis and data collection for the QA department and develop Certificate of Analysis (COA) and specifications for customer.

·       Conduct R&D investigations to identify and execute high-quality projects aligned with company goals.

·       Periodically review and revise quality targets in collaboration with other department heads through regular meetings.

·       Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.

·       Minimum of 2 years in QAQC experience, preferably in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

·       Proficient in 5S, GMP, ISO, FSSC standards.

·       Experience in conducting internal audits and quality planning.

·       Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing teams.

·       Problem-solving expertise in handling customer complaints and corrective actions.

·       Effective communication skills to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
