QA/QC Executive

• Review Drawings, Specifications & Submittals - Review approved drawings, technical specifications and material submittals prior to site execution.
• Material Inspection (MRI) - Manage and process MRI (Material Request/Inspection) forms for incoming materials to verify compliance before site usage
• Implement Quality Plans & ITPs- Implement the project Quality Plan, method statements, inspection procedures and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to govern work sequence inspections.
• Pre- Inspection Quality Checks - Check and verify the quality of work thoroughly on site before scheduling or conduction any formal inspections.
• Work Inspection & AFI Management - Prepare, submit and manage AFI (Approval for Inspection) forms for completed work stages.
• Stakeholder & Samsung QA/QC Coordination - Laise and coordination inspections directly with the Main Contractors' / Samsung QA/QC team, consultants and clients' representatives
• Monitor Installation & Maintain Records- Monitor installation quality and ensure mandatory inspection checklist, test reports, material approvals, quality registers and inspection records are systematically maintained
• ACC Form Creation & Submission - Create, compile and complete ACC (Acceptance/ Completion) forms for timely submission and sign-off.
• Defect Reporting& Escalation - Identify and report construction defects and non- conforming work and escalate significant or recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.
• Handover & Commissioning Support - Support pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning and final project handover activities.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
• Strong attention to detail, defect tracking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in data centre projects is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
