What they need
Monitor product quality, process compliance and inspection activities.
Prepare and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, inspection standards and quality documentation.
Coordinate APQP, PPAP and new product launch quality requirements.
Investigate customer complaints, internal defects and non-conformities using 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D problem-solving methods.
Monitor supplier quality, incoming materials and corrective actions.
Conduct product audits, process audits and internal quality checks.
Support IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer audit requirements.
Monitor quality KPIs, defect trends, SPC, MSA and calibration status.
Ensure traceability, non-conforming product control and effective implementation of corrective actions.
Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
