Shree Gopal Agri (SHREGO) is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in groundnuts, roasted peanuts and peanut-based products. We focus on maintaining consistent product quality, food safety and customer satisfaction through quality raw materials and efficient processing practices.

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Executive with mandatory hands-on experience in the peanut/groundnut processing industry to manage daily quality checks, food safety practices and quality documentation at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming groundnuts, raw materials and packaging materials.
• Monitor quality throughout peanut processing, roasting, seasoning and packaging.
• Conduct in-process and finished product quality inspections.
• Check moisture, appearance, size, colour, taste, foreign materials and other quality parameters.
• Maintain daily quality records, inspection reports and related documentation.
• Identify quality deviations and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, cleaning and food safety practices on the factory floor.
• Support the implementation of HACCP, GMP and other applicable food safety procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, stores and procurement teams to maintain product quality.
• Support internal audits, quality inspections and compliance documentation.
• Train factory workers on quality standards, hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards before dispatch.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in peanut/groundnut processing is mandatory.
• Experience in food manufacturing, particularly peanuts, dry fruits, namkeen, snacks or similar products, is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of food quality inspection, process control and quality documentation.
• Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP and food safety practices.
• Good observation, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with production and other departments.
• Willingness to work on the factory/shop floor.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented professional who understands peanut processing and can independently

manage day-to-day quality inspections, identify quality issues and maintain food safety standards.

Important: Candidates without relevant peanut/groundnut processing industry experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
