QA/QC HEAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA/QC operations and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
• Monitor product quality, testing, documentation, and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise QA/QC personnel.
• Investigate quality issues, deviations, complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain product quality.
• Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• With relevant experience in QA/QC; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• With proven experience as a QA/QC Head, QA/QC Manager, or similar supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
