Hiring: QA/QC Engineers & Inspectors (2 Positions)

Position Overview

We are expanding our site quality management team and hiring two QA/QC professionals to support ongoing landscape, infrastructure, and construction projects across Dubai:

• Senior QA/QC Engineer: A seasoned site quality leader responsible for developing quality governance frameworks, managing consultant/client interfaces, conducting high-level technical audits, and closing out critical compliance items.
• Junior QA/QC Inspector: An entry-level engineer or fresh graduate focused on daily site inspections, raw material verifications, punch-list tracking, and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities1. Senior QA/QC Engineer / Quality Lead

• Quality Assurance Systems: Formulate, implement, and audit Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements in accordance with contractual specifications.
• Consultant & Authority Liaison: Lead joint site inspections, manage Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and secure timely sign-offs from consultants and local authorities.
• Non-Conformance Management: Spearhead investigations into Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), execute root-cause analyses, and enforce Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Technical Mentorship: Supervise site engineers, foremen, and junior QA/QC inspectors to maintain construction standards and adherence to approved drawings.

2. Junior QA/QC Inspector / Graduate Trainee

• Site Surveillance: Conduct daily site walk-throughs alongside senior engineers to inspect ongoing works, identify site snags, and track rectifications.
• Material Verification: Check incoming material deliveries against approved technical submittals, mill test certificates, and physical samples; audit on-site storage compliance.
• Quality Records & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date filing systems for third-party lab test reports, inspection logs, MIR/WIR registers, and photographic progress archives.
• Punch-List Tracking: Follow up with trade teams and subcontractors to ensure rapid resolution of snag items prior to consultant handovers.

Candidate RequirementsSenior QA/QC Engineer

• Experience: 10–15+ years of QA/QC experience on major projects within the UAE/GCC. Direct experience in commercial landscaping, civil engineering, or heavy infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent quality management certification is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority approvals, international standards (BS, ASTM), and consultant management protocols.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Junior QA/QC Inspector (Fresher)

• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of site experience / construction internships.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Construction Technology.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with basic engineering drawings, site terminology, and standard material testing methods; high drive to learn on-site.
• Software: Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
