Qa/Qc Inspector

We are hiring QA/QC Inspectors to support quality inspection and control activities at a manufacturing facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and finished product inspections according to company quality standards.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Identify, record and report product defects or quality issues.
• Ensure inspection results are properly recorded and documented.
• Follow quality control procedures, SOP and work instructions.
• Perform sampling and inspection activities according to the required procedures.
• Support production teams in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
• Segregate and label rejected or non-conforming products when required.
• Report quality issues to the supervisor or QA/QC team.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with company safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM / SKM or equivalent.
• Fresh candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience in QA/QC, production or manufacturing is an advantage.
• No experience required for suitable candidates; training will be provided.
• Willing to work on day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Able to follow SOP, work instructions and quality requirements.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of quality inspection is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday.
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Willing to work according to assigned shift schedule.

Salary

• Basic salary: RM2,100 per month.
• Position allowance: RM10 per day.
• Attendance allowance: RM25 per week.
• Night shift allowance: RM5 per day.
• Transportation allowance: RM5 per day.
• Overtime is available according to operational requirements.
• Monthly earnings may reach RM3,100+ depending on attendance, allowances, shift and overtime.
