QAQC INSPECTOR (MEP)

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

LOCATION: ELMINA, SHAH ALAM

• Carry out inspections of HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and BMS installations in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Verify that all MEP works comply with applicable codes, standards, method statements, and approved shop drawings.

• Prepare, submit, and close Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) with consultants and clients.

• Monitor site activities and workmanship to identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues.

• Maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and other quality documentation.

• Witness testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional testing of MEP systems.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP QA/QC or MEP construction works.

• Experience in Data Centre or building construction projects is a plus.
