About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a large-scale solar construction project in Palauig, Zambales.

This opportunity is ideal for an engineering professional with strong solar project experience who can lead site inspections, ensure compliance with quality standards, and work closely with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall QA/QC activities, including site inspections, testing, quality verification, and approval of construction works.
• Collaborate with the Site Project Manager in developing and executing project-specific quality plans.
• Implement and monitor the Quality Management Plan, project procedures, and applicable quality standards.
• Review incoming inspection reports, identify non-conformances, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation, including NCRs, QCRs, SDRs, and RFIs.
• Conduct internal quality audits, identify deficiencies, and ensure timely resolution of quality-related concerns.
• Supervise site Quality Control Inspectors, delegate inspection assignments, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with the Owner's QA/QC representatives and other project stakeholders regarding inspections and quality requirements.
• Promptly address material, equipment, or workmanship deficiencies identified during delivery or installation.
• Provide regular updates to the QA/QC Manager regarding quality performance, documentation, corrective actions, and overall project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, with a valid PRC license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Lead in large-scale solar construction projects.
• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, quality documentation, and corrective action processes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Palauig, Zambales.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Basic Salary: ₱50,000–₱55,000
