About Our Client
Our client is a forward-thinking manufacturing company, established in 2021, specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication and assembly. Located in the Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang, they are a growing team of 50-200 employees, dedicated to producing high-quality components for industries like semiconductors, rail transportation, medical devices, and precision instruments.

What you'll be doing?

• Lead Quality Initiatives: Set the quality direction and ensure performance aligns with customer expectations.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain quality systems in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of quality professionals to achieve continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with production and supply assurance to ensure timely material/product verification.
• Monitor and Report: Review quality performance and report to management on the Quality Management System's performance.

Who are they looking for?

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with international counterparts.
• Experienced Leadership: At least 3 years of managerial experience with a background in quality inspection.
• Quality Assurance Expertise: Knowledge of international standards and QA, with experience in metal fabrication or surface treatment preferred.
• Team Management: Experience managing teams in a production environment, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
