What they need
- Implementing and reviewing the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
- Act as QMS Management Representative to perform all internal and external audits on behalf of companies' management.
- Works with QMS & OHS team to develop, implement, monitor and manage the company's compliance with internal control requirements.
- Ensure that corrective/ preventive actions requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
- Spearheading any continual improvement initiatives to improve process and project quality.
- Liaise and coordinate with all Project Manager/ HODs to facilitate and resolve any quality related complaints on process and system.
- Manage portfolio of clients, job scheduling and planning to meet audit deadlines.
- Leading, managing and developing an effective audit team.
- Leading audit team to audit current controls and performance monitoring elements to assess effectiveness.
- Interact with various levels of management and staff in conducting interviews and testing internal process.
- Audits/tests ongoing processes to assure continued compliance.
- Analyze adequacy, reliability and compliance of internal control systems.
- Prepares report(s) based on the results of stated audits/tests to be presented and shared with top management.
- Ensure that all audit records and documentation are accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ability to work independently and render all aspects of audit duties & functions.
- To provide training and coaching to audit team members.
- Think strategically about clients' needs by understanding their business and key risks.
- Develop strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and deliver added values.
