QA/QC Manager

• Developing and implementing company-wide QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards.
• Leading internal and external quality audits.
• Supporting tender submissions and client quality requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) systems for LTA and railway projects.
• Ensure compliance with LTA regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality construction and safety standards.
• Manage and lead QAQC teams, providing training and guidance on quality procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for LTA M&C, Qualified Person (QP), and Supervising Professionals (RE/RTO) on all quality matters.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and review quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action plans.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on QAQC matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and efficiency.
• Manage the compilation and verification of Final Quality Records and As-Built documentation for the Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Have experience in managing QA/QC functions at a corporate level across multiple projects, departments, or business units.
• At least 8 years of QAQC experience in LTA, MRT, or railway infrastructure projects.
• Completed at least one LTA Civil/Tunnel project (e.g., MRT, Tunnel) as a QA/QC Manager or Lead.
• Strong knowledge of LTA M&W specifications, ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015), and quality management systems.
• Experience in managing audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
