QA/QC Manager – Civil

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager – Civil with strong expertise in Quality Management Systems, civil construction quality control, and architectural finishing works. The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE/GCC construction experience and a strong background in ISO standards implementation and project quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 9001:2015
• Prepare, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP) as per ISO 10005
• Apply project quality management practices in accordance with ISO 10006
• Review and manage ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Inspection Requests
• Ensure quality control for civil, infrastructure, and architectural finishing works
• Monitor concrete works, earthworks, structural elements, and finishing activities including blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, and waterproofing
• Control document revisions, drawing updates, and change management as per ISO 10007
• Coordinate material testing, laboratory activities, calibration, and measurement systems in line with ISO 10012
• Conduct and participate in internal and external audits as per ISO 19011
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor effectiveness of close-outs
• Coordinate quality-related matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, local authority requirements, and international standards
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and management documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC or QA within civil construction
• Mandatory UAE/GCC construction project experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 9001:2015
• Strong experience in architectural finishing quality control
• Excellent knowledge of inspection procedures, construction standards, and testing methods
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Experience in villas, high-rise buildings, and mixed-use developments preferred

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,001.00 per month
