QA/QC Manager

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards. Experience in conducting and coordinating quality inspections, internal audits, and quality audits. Strong experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Ability to establish, implement, and monitor project QA/QC procedures and quality standards. Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to lead QA/QC engineers and inspectors. Excellent technical documentation, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions, and ensure compliance with approved project requirements.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
