QA/QC Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and implement our quality assurance and quality control systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and operational projects comply with local regulations, client specifications, and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure strict compliance with project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors across project sites.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Mandatory Requirements & Credentials: Candidates must possess the following to be considered for the role:

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional QA/QC experience within Qatar or the GCC region.
• Education: Valid Graduation Certificate (Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline).
• Local Certification: Valid MMUP / MME Certificate (UPDA Engineering Registration).
• Standards Expertise: Valid ISO Certification (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor standard certification, e.g., ISO 9001:2015).

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of construction materials, procedures, and international engineering standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple site requirements under strict timelines.
