QA/QC Manager

We are partnered with a top ENR contractor seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support large-scale data center and mission critical projects throughout the United States . This individual will be responsible for driving project quality from construction through commissioning and turnover while working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, clients, and commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement project-specific QA/QC programs for large-scale data center projects.
• Perform inspections and ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and client quality standards.
• Manage documentation, deficiency tracking, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and commissioning personnel.
• Support equipment installation, testing, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and installation requirements to identify potential quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure projects are turnover-ready.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement in the field.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of QA/QC, construction, commissioning, or field leadership experience.
• Data center or mission critical experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates from semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, battery manufacturing, or other technically complex industrial projects will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical/MEP systems .
• Experience with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally to project locations .
• Strong communication, organization, and field leadership skills.
