QAQC MANAGER (Project Quality)

1.      Quality Management & Compliance

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve QAQC procedures and quality performance across multiple project sites
• Ensure effective implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and method statements
• Monitor construction and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual, and statutory requirements
• Ensure alignment with ISO-based Quality Management Systems and company-wide QMS policy

2.      Site Quality Control

• Oversee site inspections, material inspections, testing, and quality verification activities
• Identify quality risks, workmanship issues, and potential non-compliances early to minimize defects and rework
• Support site teams in resolving technical quality and workmanship challenges related to commercial interior fit-out works (partitions, ceiling, finishes, joinery, M&E interfaces, etc.)

3.      Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement

• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and Preventive Actions, ensuring timely closure
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective measures to prevent recurrence
• Promote a strong quality culture across project teams and subcontractors

4.      Stakeholder & Team Management

• Lead and manage QAQC staff, including QAQC Engineers and Inspectors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams on all quality-related matters
• Participate in quality meetings, audits, and client inspections as required

5.      Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure proper maintenance and submission of quality documentation, inspection records, and reports
• Prepare quality reports for management review and project handover documentation

6.      Quality, Safety & Environmental Integration

• Ensure project-level compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) standards and company policies
• Work collaboratively with the QMS Manager to ensure site practices are aligned with corporate quality objectives and PLC governance requirements
