Role Description

The QA/QC Manager establishes, implements, and manages the project’s Quality Management System (QMS). This senior role oversees the inspection team, manages the material testing log, interfaces directly with the consultant’s quality representatives, and ensures that non-conformances are systemically identified, corrected, and prevented across all villa plots. T he individual will contribute to training site teams on QAQC procedures and promote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary Budget: upt0 to AED 25,000 per month + standard benefits

Qualifications

• Work experience in similar field, 5 - 10 with 5 years minimum in the UAE.
• Construction experience preferably villas pre-construction stage is desirable.
• Strong background in QAQC management for construction projects, preferably focused on villa or residential building construction.
• Hands-on experience with site inspections, material testing, workmanship evaluation, and documentation of nonconformities and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of local building codes, engineering standards, safety regulations, and relevant UAE construction regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing and implementing QAQC plans, checklists, method statements, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, to resolve quality-related issues.
• Experience using construction and QAQC-related software tools for reporting, tracking issues, and maintaining project records.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related
