QA/QC – Mechanical

• To manage quality assurance and quality control for mechanical works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Prepare and implement inspection test plans (ITPs) for mechanical works. ● Conduct inspections and witness tests for mechanical installations. ● Raise, track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to mechanical works. ● Review method statements and material submittals for mechanical systems. ● Support internal and external audits related to mechanical quality processes. ● Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ● 6+ years UAE/GCC experience in QA/QC – Mechanical. ● Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and mechanical inspection test plans (ITPs). ● Experience raising and closing NCRs on mechanical works. ● Skilled in reviewing method statements and material submittals. ● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
