QAQC PRECAST CONSTRUCTION

Implement and monitor the Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).

Conduct inspections on incoming materials, fabrication, installation, and completed works.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.

Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.

Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR).

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.

Participate in internal and external quality audits.
