HIRING: QA/QC SECTION HEAD

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Section Head to join our team for a major Villa Construction Project in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for the assigned project section.
• Establish, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, method statements, and inspection procedures.
• Supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors and coordinate daily inspection activities.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
• Review and monitor material submittals, inspection requests, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor NCRs, observations, corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely close-out.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements.
• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation and prepare quality reports and records.
• Support the project team in achieving quality objectives and maintaining high construction standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience in Villa / Luxury Villa Projects is required.
• Previous experience in a QA/QC Section Head / QA/QC Manager / Senior QA/QC Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, international codes, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience dealing with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, NCR management, and quality documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
