QA/QC Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Ensure all quality control activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
• Proven experience in QA/QC, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality management software and systems is an asset.
