QA/QC Staff

We are looking for a technically inclined, detail-oriented, and analytical Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Staff member to join our growing startup manufacturing company.

The successful candidate will help establish quality inspection procedures, perform product testing and measurements, monitor manufacturing quality, and ensure that raw materials and finished products meet required specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct incoming raw material inspections, in-process quality inspections, and final product inspections.
• Operate and maintain testing and measuring equipment to verify product dimensions, specifications, performance, and quality.
• Perform product testing, measurements, and inspections using appropriate tools and instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other applicable testing equipment.
• Record, analyze, and report inspection results and test data accurately.
• Verify that materials, components, and finished products comply with established quality standards and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing inspection checklists, testing procedures, work instructions, and quality control standards.
• Identify, document, and report defective products, nonconforming materials, and production process deviations.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve product defects and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure proper handling, calibration status, and routine checks of measuring and testing equipment.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and other technical documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing the company's quality assurance and quality control systems.
• Participate in product trials, process validation, and continuous improvement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preferably with relevant QA/QC experience in a manufacturing company.
• Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments, inspection tools, and product testing equipment.
• Familiarity with dimensional inspection, product testing, data recording, and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of calibration, measurement accuracy, and equipment handling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for recording test results, preparing reports, and analyzing quality data.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for technical training when required.
• Must hold a valid passport
• Adaptable and willing to help establish quality systems and procedures in a startup manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, systematic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining product quality and workplace safety.
