QA/QC Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

To ensure the release system of all finished products in the factory are effective and on time both of local and exported products.

• Monitoring quality management system execution
• Support plant to do comprehensive analysis for non conformity / defect product by structured
• Review QA system execution and improve it if needed
• Review Quality Agreement
• Follow up quality management system and process audit
• Lead and cooperate with plant to do improvement project
• Review QA plant team skill set and productivity
• Lead quality event for customer and supplier
• Involve with customer in term of quality specification, formulation and deliverable

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing

• Good written English communication and effective communication skill.

• Knowledge & Background of Quality system as GMP/HACCP/ISO9001/ISO22000/FSSC22000 etc.

• Good interpersonal and collaboration

• Have leadership skill, self-learning and openness to change
