QAQC Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to ensure the entire quality inspection system are maintained.

• Responsible for supervision of all quality control operations and staff.
• Monitor the Quality Inspection Team - incoming, in process and outgoing.
• Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.
• Ensure the timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.
• Verify first-off and in-process records, incoming and outgoing inspection for lots acceptance decisions.
• Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions. Devise the appropriate actions necessary to identify and implement corrective action.
• Ensure quarantine, sorting and rework activities are properly takes place.
• Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tool is displayed and available at work station during production operation.
• Participate in internal and external complaint or quality issue solving
• Support in attending customer complaint and coordinate in sorting/ rework arrangement
• Ensure all required actions stated in CAR/NCR report are implemented, and timely assess its effectiveness.
• Ensure inspection and test are conducted timely as per customer requirement as stated in quality control system. Provide feedback on quality / work process / work method improvements.
• To work closely with relevant parties on all quality related issues.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• QA/QC supervisor: 3 years (Required)
• Plastics injection moulding: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• D,DA license (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
