What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience as a QC Supervisor, QA/QC Engineer, QC Engineer, or similar supervisory role
- Must have handled or been involved in at least two (2) Solar PV Projects
- Background in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or construction supervision is preferred
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, quality management systems, and construction standards.
- Ability to supervise QC personnel and coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
