QA/QC Systems Engineer

Develop the Project Quality Plan (PQP): Defining procedures, checklists, and inspection frequencies for E&M activities.

Material Approval: Reviewing and submitting data sheets, compliance statements, and samples of materials (e.g., cables, conduits, HVAC units) to ensure they meet specifications.

Incoming Material Inspection: Verifying that delivered items are in good condition, match approved submittals, and have valid test certificates.

Method Statement Approval: Reviewing installation methods to ensure safety and quality standards.

Prepare and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

Work Inspection Requests (WIR): Inspecting installations against approved shop drawings, such as checking electrical tray levels, conduit sizes, cable termination, or ductwork sealant

Site Audits: Conducting, regular audits of work processes to ensure adherence to standards and safe work practices.

Non-Conformance Reports (NCR): Identifying, documenting, and ensuring rectification of defective work or deviations from design.

Insulation & Continuity Testing: Performing tests on electrical wiring and equipment.

Performance Verification: Witnessing the functional testing of systems to confirm they operate as designed.
