Job Title: QA/QC Trainer (Civil)About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable QA/QC Trainer (Civil) to train civil engineering graduates and professionals in site inspection, quality control standards, and site execution workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct practical and theoretical sessions on QA/QC processes, material testing, and standards (IS codes, ASTM).
- Curriculum Execution: Teach quality management systems, inspection checklists, NDT testing, and site documentation.
- Practical Mentorship: Guide learners through real-world site scenarios, defect identification, and quality compliance.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate performance using tests, practical assignments, and mock interviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in teaching, training, or civil site QA/QC execution.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of civil materials, mix designs, testing methods, and inspection protocols.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Bonus: Familiarity with civil software or QA/QC documentation tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
