QA/QMS Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Ability to perform internal auditing in relates to ISO system requirements.

2. Ability to ensure & maintaining cohesive working relation with inter-department, customers & vendors.

3. Verify & ensure process documentation compliance; Work Instruction, Quality Inspection Plan, Injection Data Sheet & Inspection Records.

4. Able to lead and guide inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

5. Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.

2. Good written & oral communication skill.

3. Experience in QMS, QA, or internal auditing is an advantage.

4. Must have self-confidence of doing presentation to customers.

5. Must have strong understanding of doing 8D methodology reporting.

6. Strong knowledge of ISO QMS standards

7. Knowledgeable in using mechanical measuring equipment.

8. Ability to understand and reads 2D drawing. Effective communication and cross-department collaboration

9. Knowledgeable and able to apply statistical process control techniques.

10. Able to understand First Article Process and Reports.

11. Understanding & knowledge of plastic injection molding process.

12. Must be able to travels and meets customers and suppliers.

13. Effective communication and cross-department collaboration.
