QA/Test Engineer (Electronic Component, Semiconductor, Chips)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer / QA Engineer to join our team and support product quality, testing, and continuous improvement activities within the semiconductor or electronic components industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and quality checks for products and components.
• Perform product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality or performance issues.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.
• Improve testing methods, processes, and overall product quality.
• Assist with new product introduction, product qualification, and engineering projects.
• Ensure testing activities comply with relevant quality standards and company requirements.

About you

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Engineering, QA, Quality Engineering, or a related role.
• Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, electronic components, or related manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Experience with test equipment, measurement tools, or automated testing systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
