QC Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of incoming raw materials in accordance with approved specifications, test methods, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review and verify Certificates of Analysis (COA), material specifications, and supporting quality documents received from suppliers.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Evaluate test results and promptly report any deviations, out-of-specification (OOS), or non-conforming materials to the QC Manager.
• Prepare, maintain, and update analytical records, inspection reports, logbooks, and quality documentation in compliance with cGMP and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance teams for timely disposition and clearance of incoming materials.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, handling, and retention of tested raw materials and reference samples.
• Participate in internal audits, quality investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with regulatory standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company quality policies

Qualification

*B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or any related field.
*Basic knowledge of cGMP, ISO guidelines, and raw material specifications.
*Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and capable of maintaining digital & physical documentation.
*Knowledge of analytical instruments used in QC labs.
*Good communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail, data management, and organizational abilities.
