QC Analyst

AMCA Finefoods, Inc.—the commissary of Caramia Cakes and Gelato and Amici PH—is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure all products meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role supports compliance initiatives, oversees quality control processes, and helps maintain consistent adherence to food safety systems within the commissary.

Job Description

Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and quality standards such as ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and documentation.

Coordinate with production teams to address non-conformance and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits and inspections.

Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Graduate of Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.

Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant food safety standards.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the food industry.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
