QC Analyst

Role Purpose

To perform microbiological quality testing of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure compliance with Beiersdorf’s microbiological standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging materials, products awaiting filling, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure compliance with Beiersdorf standards.
• Identify and classify microorganisms detected in tested materials and products.
• Record test results and maintain documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Conduct environmental monitoring to ensure production hygiene and prevent microbial contamination.
• Evaluate new microbiological test methods and production equipment, including cleaning and sanitization effectiveness.
• Maintain and calibrate assigned laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Develop and review Work Instructions (WIs) for microbiological testing and instrument calibration.
• Validate microbiological test methods to ensure accuracy, suitability, and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely and compliant microbiological testing.
• Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality control or quality testing.
• Basic proficiency in English and computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
