QC Analyst - PhyChem

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all products requiring physicochemical analysis are properly sampled and tested.
• Perform inspection and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Encode and maintain accurate records of incoming raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) for finished products and other applicable materials
• Prepare and standardize laboratoy reagents and stock solutions
• Conduct inventory and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment, glassware, and reagents
• Ensure that all finished products conform to established internal and external specifications
• Approve finished products in the computer-based system (Infor LN) within the specified lead time
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, or other relevant quality standards
• Ability to perform inspections, testing, and data analysis
• Willing to report during Holidays and shifting schedule

TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION

• Graduate of any food related course such as Food Technology, Biology, etc.
• Preferably with experience or background in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
