QC Analytical Development Staff

Job Summary

Perform analytical method development, validation, transfer, and schedule routine testing of Request for Analysis (RFA) for new and existing products. Support lab investigations and ensure compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for new formulations and product improvements
• Test trial, pilot-scale, and stability samples assigned to the Analytical Development lab.
• Run daily testing according to project schedules, standard operating procedures, and GMP documentation guidelines.
• Document and report test data accurately within project timelines.
• Prepare and derivatize working standards for project needs.
• Coordinate calibration and qualification schedules for laboratory instruments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Apothecary degree and or related fields

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in method development or analytical development within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong foundation in chemical and physical analysis.

• Hands-on experience operating HPLC, GC, GC-MS and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.

• Compliance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, and GDP standards.
