QC Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QC Assistant to support in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across our F&B operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily quality control inspections of food products, raw materials, and production areas.
• Conduct routine checks on food quality, hygiene, temperature, storage, and handling practices.
• Assist with monitoring GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Check incoming raw materials and packaging materials against quality specifications.
• Record inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions accurately.
• Support investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of QC records and reports.
• Assist with internal hygiene and quality audits.
• Monitor expiry dates, product labeling, storage conditions, and traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, Kitchen, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
• Perform any other QC-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
