QC Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant to support quality control operations on our electronics manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronic components and PCB inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies (SMD & Through-hole)
• Identify soldering defects and reflow process issues
• Check component value, polarity, orientation, and soldering quality
• Verify loaded components against BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Maintain inspection records using MS Excel / ERP System
• Use QC tools like Multimeter and LCR Meter for testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of electronic components
• Familiarity with QC instruments — Multimeter, LCR Meter
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Experience: Freshers or up to 1–2 years in electronics/QC role.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
