About the role

Responsible for all QC activity covering all raw materials, process, filling & packing and finished product and also laboratory. This position acts as a product quality guardian which ensures that only finished product which meet internal specification and comply to the regulation can be released onto the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QC Team to perform testing in all materials, processes and finished product
• Conduct investigation whenever there is out of standard or out of trend in the raw material, process and finished product. Escalate the issue to QA/QC Manager or Head Global QA
• Perform statistical evaluation of all quality parameters in each raw material, processes, filling & packing and finished product
• Conduct validation and verification of all lab equipment and monitor the accuracy of those equipment

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in food & beverage industry in Thailand.

Skills & Competencies

• Languages: Native fluency in Thai; professional proficiency in English (for regional communication).
• Technical Skills: Understand food testing methodology, data analytics tools, ultra-high temperature process technology, aseptic filling technology
• Soft Skills: Cultural alignment with a fast-paced, startup-minded corporate environment; Detail oriented, Have leadership skills.
