QC Associate

Position:

• Associate - QC
• Bengaluru

Qualification :

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in English OR STEM subjects MS Office

Experience :

• 3-4 years experience in Content Editing Knowledge of QC systems

Primary Skills :

• Strong written and spoken English Strong editing skills including online tools Delivery of Quality Product as per Client Specifications

Secondary Skills :

• Quality oriented, organized, strong research skills, adaptability across subjects
• Good Communication skills

Experience Domain/ Industry :

• STEM Teaching, Examinations, Assessments, Technical Publications

Roles Responsibilities:

• Understanding Quality requirements
• Reviewing and Editing Items to ensure Quality of Supplied Items
• Analyzing Customer feedback and providing feedback to Item Authors and in-house
• Maintaining required documents and data
• Maintaining and Updating the QB

Other Inputs:

• Proof reading skills
• Proficiency in Hindi/ Marathi/ any regional language
