QC ASST. MANAGER

About the role

The Quality Control Assistant Manager assists management on planning, coordination and execution of the Quality Control program and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of company production processes to develop quality policies, procedures and specifications
• Implement and monitor QC Standards, procedures and systems of operations to ensure consistent product quality
• Oversee the Quality Control laboratories such as Raw Materials Receiving, Chemical Testing and Microbiology
• Coordinate with other Departments to ensure continuous improvement, implementation and strict compliance of the company's quality standards
• Supervise the QC Supervisors, Analysts and Staff to ensure they perform well in their respective duties and responsibilities
• Organize training to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Assist Quality Assurance Department and other Department in resolving customer complain issues
• Validate and approve release of RTD finished products
• Perform variety of special projects as assigned

About you

• College Graduate (BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Biology, BS Chemistry or other related technical/scientific field)
• Technical know-how through education or experience
• Good moral character and trustworthiness
