What they need
- Ensure the quality of incoming materials, in-process materials/products, and finished goods in accordance with the standards specified in the Quality Plan.
- Manage and assess the performance of all QC team members, including QC Leaders, QC Staff, and QC Inspectors.
- Handle product abnormalities and customer complaints by implementing Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Support both internal and external audits.
- Implement QC 7 Tools and demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel formulas.
- Prepare trial reports, daily reports, weekly reports, and quarterly reports.
